Project Details

Client: Automotive OEM

 

Objective: A mass production interior bracket assembly comprised of mild steel stampings, fulfilling an annual volume of around 150,000 units.

Meeting the Customers Needs

Progressive dies were developed and utilized on our coil feeder-equipped mechanical presses. SPOT welding was performed in our existing robotic cell. For the final hardware installation process, a custom automation cell was developed to insert the bolts. Painting was outsourced.
